  2. Employment contract or civil-law contract for the Highly-Qualified Specialist (HQS) to carry out work (or provide services) – made out according to the prevailing legislation of the Russian Federation.
  3. Letter of Guarantee
  4. Guarantee Letter Of Invitation (if an Invitation is required)
  5. One colour matte-finish photograph, 3cm x 4cm
  6. Receipt for the Payment of State Fees, for the sum or 3,500 roubles for a Work Permit
  7. Receipt for the Payment of State Fees, for the sum of 800 roubles for the Invitation (if a visa is required)
  8. Power of Attorney for the company's representative (1 copy)
  9. Certificate of registration of entry in the State Unified Register of Corporate Bodies (OGRN), which must be notarised by a notary (1 copy)
  10. Certificate of the employer's registration in the Taxation Register (INN – Tax Identification Number, also called Individual Tax Number) – 1 copy.
  11. A notarised translation of the foreign applicant's passport (main information pages) – 1 copy.
  12. A Voluntary Medical Insurance Policy covering the foreign applicant, which covers the entire period of their employment contract.
